Project Goals

Our project has several key goals:

• Document the psychological components of devaluing care careers.
  

• Understand socio-cultural beliefs drive the devaluing of care careers
  
  

• Develop messaging campaigns to help raise the status of care-careers and (especially men’s) interest in care-careers
  
  

• Connect with professionals in the care work space to make our findings accessible
